mit Wirkung zum 10. Mai 2010 stellen wir unser Sportwettenangebot ein. Wir danken allen Kunden für die jahrelange Treue und die Nutzung unseres Services. Wir waren steht’s darum bemüht Ihnen ein faires Angebot an Sportwetten anzubieten.

Die Auszahlung noch vorhandener Guthaben und Gewinne ist selbstverständlich sicher. Bitte wenden Sie sich diesbezüglich, mit Angabe Ihrer Bankverbindung (IBAN und Swift), an: support@oddscompany.com. Die Abwicklung/Auszahlung erfolgt unmittelbar und alle Fragen zu Ihrem Wettkonto werden auch weiterhin von uns beantwortet.

Anmerkung:

Im April 2010 ging uns wieder einmal eine Unterlassungserklärung, diesmal aus dem Bundesland Bremen/Deutschland, zu. Die darin genannten Anforderungen an unser Unternehmen sind technisch nicht umzusetzen. Solche behördlichen Anordnungen sind selektiv und willkürlich und treffen unterschiedliche Anbieter von Zeit zu Zeit.

Das eigentliche Ziel dieser Maßnahmen, eine Monopolsicherung zu Gunsten des staatlichen Angebots, wird aufgrund der stetig wachsenden Zahl der Anbieter im Internet kaum erreicht werden. Ein Sportwettenanbieter, wie wir das sind, kann aber die erheblichen Kosten der juristischen Auseinandersetzung aufgrund der geringen Margen im Sportwettenbereich auf Dauer nicht aufbringen und deshalb stellen wir unser Angebot ein.

Please note:

In April 2010 we received a declaration to cease and desist, this time from the state of Bremen / Germany. The requirements stated therein cannot be met technically. Such administrative orders are selective and arbitrary, and they are directed to different providers from time to time.

The real aim of these measures is to secure a monopoly for the fiscal benefit of the state. Yet, this aim will not be achieved because of the steadily growing number of providers on the Internet. We, as a sports betting company, cannot afford the significant costs of the everlasting legal debate because of the low margins in the sports betting area. Therefore, we will lay down our business.
